We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Major city (Cairo): 1–4 business days
Other regions: 3–7 business days
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping for major city: 100 EGP
(Shipping fees will be displayed clearly according to the selected governorate/city at checkout before payment.)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to follow your shipment status.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed during:

Failed Delivery
If the customer is unavailable or can’t be reached or provides incorrect details:
The courier will attempt delivery again
